HOW DO I REGISTER?

DO I GET A REFUND IF I DO NOT COMPLETE THE CHALLENGE?
Unfortunately, we do not refund the registration fee. We motivate you to join the challenge in hopes you find the positive outcome of a healthy lifestyle. Don’t give up! You can do this!
CAN I WALK INSTEAD OF RUNNING?
Yes absolutely! Our goal is to motivate you to be active. Walking is an excellent way of getting Fit. Enjoy the scenery or the air conditioning at the Gym.
HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY MEDAL?
Once you have submitted the evidence form at the end of the month, we will send the medal. Allow 1-2 weeks for delivery, we will work diligently to shorten the wait on medal arrivals. However, it is fully in the hands of the postal carrier once we send the package. We can help by providing the tracking number in case of a delay.
We are not responsible of wrong addresses provided by the participant, if returned due to a mistake by the participant, he or she is responsible for the cost of a second delivery.
IF I DO NOT USE AN APP TO RECORD MY EXERCISE, HOW DO I SUBMIT EVIDENCE?
If you don’t use an App, no worries, a manual accountability of your activity is acceptable. We are based on an Honor system and trust all participants have earned their medal by accomplishing their challenge.
